Many agencies and organisations have formal complaints and appeals processes. I am unable to intervene until these procedures have been fully completed.
Once all avenues have been exhausted, I may be able to support a complaint to the Parliamentary Ombudsman regarding UK Government departments and public organisations.
How I can help:

I can liaise with South Ayrshire Council, North Ayrshire Council, and local councillors concerning any matter that is their responsibility

Advocate on your behalf to local government representatives and councillors to ensure your enquiry or complaint receives a full response

Seek to ensure that any complaints or enquiries about the standard of public services are heard
