I was born and brought up in Girdle Toll and Irvine, and I am proud to call Central Ayrshire my home. Before entering Parliament, I served the UK overseas, representing our country around the world in public service. I am deeply grateful to the voters of Central Ayrshire for placing their trust in me. While representing Britain internationally was a great privilege, representing the families and communities of Central Ayrshire is the greatest honour of my life.
